Denomination: Eastern Orthodox
The chapel of Saint Cedd is part of the Eastern Orthodox Church; our bishop is Abbot Demetrius of Carmel, North Wales. In the Orthodox Church the Divine Liturgy is the eternal repetition of the Great Act of Love accomplished for us, and at Saint Cedd's we use the Divine Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom of Constantinople.
The Hours and Services of the Orthodox Church are kept in the Chapel. However, Father Lazarus is a Secular Parish Priest in gainful employment within the local community, married with children, so please telephone for times and further details.
